  • L1 B Visa Rejected first time, Chances of Getting approved in second time

My L1 Blanket visa got refused in Chennai Consulate on July'15. The VO stated "not clearly approvable specialized knowledge"
Now my employer is providing me with new documentation stating my specialized knowledge evidences. Is it ok if I re-apply(planning on Feb'16) with the new documentation. If so what is the chances of getting through this time?

Well it all depends upon the "new documentation" and how convincing they are to the VO.

This is my opinion not legal advice.

Why hijack an active thread? As said , success chances depends upon how convincing your specialized skill set knowledge is to the VO. Its rejection would not affect your H4 chances.

Does petition number matters in second time?
