Hi I'm out of the US traveling back there next year. My Visa has a validity until Sept 2018. However, in my Visa annotation, my PED or I-129s already expired last July 2015.
1. Do I need to get a new Visa Stamping or
2. Should my employer only file for new I-129S petition?
my I-797 has indefinite date of expiration.
