L1 visa for Canadian to USA need advice

Hi everyone ,I am here hope to get some advice
I am Canadian,work for small appliance store 6 -5 three employees.two years ago,my boss opened a business in NY,and my boss already got L1 visa to work in USA.This year ,my boss wants me to enter USA for L1 visa too.

I just graduated from two years college in Toronto,and worked for this Canadian company for three yrs,and this company has ten years history.My boss wants to try his best to help me to get L1A , is that possible? thanks guys for your advice and experience.

For L1 visa. You need to have bachelor degree. 3 years of work experience equal to 1 year of education in an accredited US degree program. You can read L1 visa faq,
