Hi,
My approved L1A Individual petition has the client name incorrectly spelled. It is a minor error. For instance, instead of "asdf", it says "asdfg" throughout the petition. e.g. just an additional character in the name. Will this cause me any issues during Visa stamping or my further stay in US? Is it necessary to get this corrected? If yes, what is the procedure and how long does it take to fix this?
