L1B to GC options 2015
Mine is a combination of questions - I am sorry if i made it too complex ,
My over all Experience is 16+ Yrs and In 2013 I was enter US on L1B for 1 year and then got an extension for another 2 yrs ,
I was a in managerial Role for 4 years ( 2009 - 2013 ) in India , and My current role is mix of technical and managerial , As I am a Solution Architect while offshore team of reports to me
As my Current L1B expiring May 2016 and My employer is willing to File a GC for me , and I have three options -
Option 1- Apply GC in EB1 category . What can go wrong and what are chances of rejection ,
Option 2- Upgrade my L1B into L1A at the end of validity and then Apply for GC in EB1 after getting L1A
Option 3- Apply GC in EB2 now . ( Can I legally stay in US after getting a i140 and EAD ? how Long does it take to get to that Stage , Can i go India after i140+EAD and before actual i485?)
Does it involve same amount of risk in L1b to EB1 GC and L1B to L1A ?
Please feel free to ask for more details if u feel that it can help me getting a better advice .
