New L1B visa after 5 years maxout

Hi,

I stayed in US for 5 years with L1B visa from 2010 to 2015 and i returned to India last month due to L1 B visa maxout.
Please advise on When can i apply for new L1 petition.

Fresh L1B can be filed anytime after 12 Months of stay outside US. As for L1A, if you are eligible, your employer can file immediately.
