I could not find any similar case/question like mine, so posting this as a new thread. I hope that someone replies to this with the correct advice based upon their experiences.
I am currently on L1 and applied for L2 change of status (dependent upon my wife who is also on L1) on Sep 25/2015. I also applied for L2 EAD on Oct 13/2015 based upon the receipt notice of L2.
I have been reading all throughout the blogs that L2 and L2 EAD have to be applied together. If (like in my case) they are applied separately, do I stand a chance of getting both approved individually?.
