Hi, I am completing 5 years on L1B in 3 weeks. haven't filed L1B to L1A conversion but I am in Manager role. Planning to travel back and apply for fresh L1A for additional 2 years.... Am I eligible to apply fresh L1A immediately after traveling back ?"
