  • L1A individual regular process dorution

    Hi,

My L1A individual filed on 5th August and got receipt on 10th August but still the status is showing ' case received'

Please anyone help me what I have to do next?
How long will take for document review and change the status?

Almost 3 month and 15 days completed after filed in USCIS

    Kindly suggest for next step

    Thanks
    Arul

My receipt date is 13th Aug and it still has not come. I saw update from Vermont centre processing dates and there is no change in Sept 2015.
Is anyone else here facing the same problem?

Is this a new application or an extension one.
I submitted for petition extension in early Oct and still it is showing as case received in CSC.

Has it been applied under Premium processing?

            Regular Processing L1A delay

My case was received on July 22nd, 2015. Still no decision. No RFE. The Processing times were last updated on "17 Nov, 2015" as of "30 Sep, 2015" and the i-129 processing case date was July 13, 2015. Prior to that the Processing times were updated on "15 Oct, 2015" as of "31 Aug, 2015" and the i-129 processing case date was still July 13, 2015! Which means in a whole month, the processing of i-129 has not moved! Prior to that it was progressing proportionately.

Moreover, if you 'snoop' around the Case numbers you will find loads of petitions files on Jul 7 / Jul 10 / Jul 21 / Jul 22 etc pending. Which means if they still following first come first serve, petitions filed in August could take a while to process!!

              Hi Varun,

Did you receive any update on your case?

Processing time information page is updated on the USCIS site. As of Oct 31st, last processed case date is 20th Jul. Prior to this, last processed case date was 13th Jul (as of 30th Sep).
So in a month, processing date has moved by just 1 week! Looks like a long wait.

Yes, absolutely! Checked earlier today and the application dates have moved just 1 week in one month. That makes it just 1 week in 2 months now (since it did not move at all last week). Wonder if the next batch processing will only be on Jan 15, meaning another month's wait!!

I am in a similar situation. Is this H1 to L1A COS? Did you get any update yet?
                  Appreciate your response!.

                  Thanks
