Travelling to US on L1 visa after the cooling period

Hello team,

This question may exists on other threads, if so, please move to the correct thread. Here is my question.

I have a valid L1 visa obtained in 2014 and in June 2015, I maxed out my 7 years stay in the US. I returned back to India to reset my clock. I am intending to return back to US after the colling period.

Since I have a valid L1 visa (as stated above), can I travel with the same visa after the 1 year cooling period?

I believe you need a new I129S. Was it L1 individual or L1B?
