L1B Visa interview preparation

Hi,
Currently I am in US on H1B and shortly my husband is going to give his L1B visa interview in India . We had a doubt regarding the Question which Consulate will ask regarding Spouse .
How does it impact on visa approval/rejection , if he will tell his wife is working in USA on H1B . Please advise to face such kind of questions .

Your husband's L1B visa interview is not depends on your visa status. Visa officer will look independently about company and his qualification. If visa officer ask about spouse then he needs to specify that you are on H1visa.
