Hi,
i received my L-1 Visa, but the intended employment start date mentioned in the I-129S fell on the day of my appointment at the embassy, meaning that it was impossible for me to start on the same date as mentioned in the I-129 form.
also the date i mentioned in my visa application has already passed, due to some work obligations.
now i have set a date with my manager to-be, and this date is in January, which is a bit more than 2 months beyond the date mentioned in the I-129s form.
I just want to know if this fine and it won't cause any trouble when i enter the US, where the officers will check my petition and form documents at the port of first entry.
thank you for your help.
