    Convert from B2 to L2 from within the US

    Hi,

    I am currently on an L1 visa. My fiancee (soon to be wife) will be joining me in the US on a B2 visa. Is it possible for her to switch to an L2 whilst she is the US? If so, what is the procedure for doing so?

    (Note: she cannot apply for an L2 from our home country as we are only getting married the week before we depart)
