Hello,
I am in the US on a L1B and my spouse has a L2. He is currently on a managerial role with a MNC in France. Since he is on a managerial role, he is eligible for a L1A via his employer. However, the possibility of getting a L1A initiated via his employer is dependent on multiple factors which are uncertain to us.
We are trying to figure out which visa would be favorable for us to get a green card at the earliest.
Is there a difference is applying for a green card via L2 in EB1 category vs applying under L1A visa?
