Hi, My L2 based EAD is expiring in June, 2016. I need to put application to renew my EAD.

Can anyone please help me when can i apply for the renewal ? is there any timeline for renewal ? any help will be appreciated. Thanks, Raj

You cannot file for a renewal EAD more than 120 days before your original EAD expires.

When is L2 I-94 expiring? When is primary L1 I-94 expiring? Is primary on L1B/L1A? How long primary has been on L1B/L1A? Answer to these questions would help determine how much longer are you eligible for.

On your questions, L2 I-94 expiring March, 2017. Primary L1B I-94 expiry is June, 2018. two years are gone for primary till today.
