L1 visa interview on 1st Dec in Chennai, stamped passport not received yet

Hello,

My L1 visa interview was on 1st Dec 2015 in Chennai and VO said visa is approved, however I haven't received my passport back yet. I am assuming it is because of Chennai floods. US travel docs website says passport is still with embassy and ceac website says visa is under administrative processing and this process may take several weeks, when I search with my application number.

Anyone else had their interview on or after 1st Dec and received their passport?
