Registering a new company in India
Hello,
I have been working with a US based company as a Consultant (Proprietor) for 2 years now. The US based company is now registering a NEW private ltd company in India in which I'll be one of the directors. The other directors will be from the US based company.
The Pvt Ltd company will not have a declared company office in US but the India based company will serve the US based company as a client.
#1 Am I eligible to apply for L1 Visa?
#2 Do I need to work for a period of one year after the company is registered in India?
