I'm on L1B visa and my wife is on L2 with EAD. My wife's employer sponsored her green card. She is the _primary_ beneficiary of I-140, and I came as a _dependent_ on I-485. My question is: assuming that we have already filed I-140 and I-485s concurrently and received tracking number, can I leave my current employer (I'm on L1!) without affecting our adjustment of status process? What can/should the employer do in case when L1 employee is leaving? Thanks in advance for your help.
