Need help for my questions
I am presently on L2 EAD valid till Dec 2016 and my H1B has been approved today,but I m not working still
1) Is my L2 EAD still valid after my H1B approval??
2) Is my L2 visa status still valid (without EAD ) after H1B as I am not working currently
3)Assuming H1B is my current visa status how long can I stay without a job?
4) Can I still continue on L2 without job until I find a job on H1B
Could somebody help me on the same as I need to clarify the same
Should I take any legal advice?
