Hi,
I have question on L1 Visa.
One of the employer in US applied H1b for me and It got denied after RFE. Recently one month back.
Now my Company where I am working from last 1.8 Years they are planning to apply L1 for me so that I could go there and support the Finance Users.
Have anyone faced a situation like this. Please share your view if H1b denial can impact L1 Process. Shall I go for it via my Company.
