My L1A expires in March 2016. I had to return back from US in September 2015 due to some family issues. Since I'm now in India I won't be able to apply for L1A extension. Can I apply for a fresh L1A in Jan 2016? Or will I have to wait for the existing visa to expire before applying for new one. And incase I travel in Jan 2016 on my existing visa can I apply for an extension from US or will it be based on the I-94 validity (>6 months)
