Hi All,
Currently, my H1 to L1A COS is in progress (filed 4 months ago) and waiting for the decision. Meanwhile, I may have to relocate to a different state due to project reasons.
Here are my questions -
1. While H1 to L1A COS is in process, if I relocate now, do we need to file H1B amendment?
2. If answer to 1 is yes, will it have any effect on COS?
