Hi,
I will be completing 5 Years (max out) on L1B in June 2016. I have approved I-140 from company A, but no luck in H1B from last 2 years. I have the following questions.
1. I am planning to apply for H1B from company B in April 2016 and will be going Out of US in June 2016. If my H1B is selected/approved and I stay out of US for 1 year, can I renew my H1B for few more years (as I have stayed out of US for 1 year and 6 year limit will be reset) or do I have to apply for new H1b again.
2. If I apply for H1B from my Company A and the H1B gets selected/approved and I go out of US in June 2016 and come back in October 2016. Can my company process payolls in US, if i work from outside US from June 2016 - Oct 2016.
Please provide your thoughts on my questions above.
