IS existing L1B valid if my company separated into two entity

Hi Everyone,

I got L1B on Jan 2015 , recently my company(ZZZ) separated into two different name(ZZZ1 and ZZZ2) . They have sent a mail to L1B workers who has currently staying in USA , that is they can continue to work using the same VISA . But we didnt receive any email who are all staying in INDIA . I have to travel next month to USA , can i use same L1B to travel ?? Kindly suggest me to this .
