Let me first thank all those contributing to this knowledge base!
My L1B blanket visa was rejected at Chennai in September after which my company decided to apply for L1B individual petition. Recently it was approved and now, I am waiting for the petition in order to schedule interview at Mumbai. However, I have following questions and looking for any advice -
1. Do officer ask for past rejections? If so, how to answer it?
2. Any other questions that I should expect related to past rejection?
