can Govt employed Spouse travel to USA in L2 VISA

MY company going to apply L1 Blanket for me and L2 for my spouse and kid. But My spouse is working in a Govt/Public sector bank in india. IS she elligible to apply L2 and can she accompany with me?

From US immigration point Yes, if you have got the visa. From Indian Govt point you should probably check the local rules, if one needs to have authorization from the Govt department.

Thanks raghvi, Yes she will get a NOC/Clearance cerificate from her organization which will state that she is allow to travel abroad.
