L1A Interview 4 months in advance

Hi,

I am applying for a L1A Blanket visa. I have specified the intended travel date as mid-April 2016 in DS-160 form. Can I schedule the interview this December, i.e. almost 4 months in advance? Most of the countries I have traveled generally have a rule that visa can be applied only 60-90 days in advance.
