Hi,
I got approved my L2. I am working in India. I am planning to come to US for one month leave and apply for EAD and come back to India. Once i got my EAD am thinking to come to US and start working.
I read in blogs and got different informations. I would like to know, is Biometric is mandatory for EAD? and SSN is mandatory for EAD? the reason i am asking for this is, i have to come back to India after one month leave. Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.
