Hi,
I am going to apply EAD, I will fall under the a(18) category as per the question 16 in I-765 application form.
I have checked "Where to file" from this page http://www.uscis.gov/i-765. I Landed into this page http://www.uscis.gov/i-765-addresses.
when i check the a(18), i see there are 2 options to file the application as USCIS Phoenix or Dallas Lockbox, based on where you live (See address below).
I will be in US in Dallas. So, i want to go for "Dallas Lockbox". But I have no idea what is the difference between USCIS Phoenix and Dallas Lockbox.
If anybody aware of this and can share the information? that would be great.
