Hi,
I had initially entered US on L1B visa but subsequently converted to L1A while staying in US. My L1A Individual visa got extended and stamped in July 2015 and is valid till Dec 2016. My question is whether it is possible for my employer to file GC under EB1 category in my case since mine happens to be a case of conversion from L1B to L1A.
