My wife has L2 visa. I had submitted my I-140 and we both have submitted I-485s. We received our EAD & AP 2 years ago. Now her L2 is expiring. Which form should I use to extend her L2?
On I-539, there are questions which says
3a. Are you, or any other person included on the application, an applicant for an immigrant visa? - Answer: NO
3b. Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person included in this application? - Answer: NO
3c. Has a Form I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, ever been filed by you or by any other person included in this application? - Answer: YES
Are these answers correct? As per https://www.immihelp.com/sample-inst...visitors-visa/, if I answer Yes to any of these questions, the application is likely to get denied.
It also says: "If you answer "Yes" to any question, explain on a separate sheet of paper." What are they expecting to see in the separate paper? Are there any samples?
