For the extension of my child, I sent Form I-539 to USCIS office and it is accepted by them. Few days later, my employer attorney also submiited Form I-539 to USCIS office. Would you please let me know it's impact ? Is it okay to submit duplicated extension request ? If not, what is advisable in this case.
