Hi
I need your advice re what is faster - J1 trainee for 18 months or H1 visa application process?
We are currently staying in CA for a B1/2 visas for 10 years, multiply entries and our current entry is up in June 2016.
We need to extend our stay for the next minimum 1.5- 3 years.
My questions are as follows:
- what it deadline for each process from finding a host company, sponsor, submit the papers, have an interview in Ireland/Poland ( our countries of origin) and start of employment?
- re H1- for me work in education sector or training in education sector
- for my husband- J1 trainee in IT sector
I have found once an excellent table with deadlines for each stage of the process for H1 visa with submission on April 1 and cannot find this now.
Please help.
