Docs requried for L2 Dependents travel to USA at PoE

I am currently working in USA with valid L1B visa and I94 for next one year but I129S has expired.

My family is in India right now (with Valid Visa & I94) and if they travel back to USA, will they have any issue at Port of Entry due to the expired I129S?

Also please clarify what are all the documents that are essential at Port of Entry (PoE)?

I think you need to get yourself a new I129S to avoid issues.
