    L1 A visa RFE questions

    Hi,

    My employer submitted L1 A individual for me and I got RFE for the same.

    RFE has

    1. Salary details/Offer letters/Educational copies of Reportees

    Now, there is a change in the Org Chart as few of the resources who were reporting to me earlier moved to a different project now.

    Can we give this reason to USCIS. Can anyone please suggest
