Hi All,
I am new to this group. My wife may get L1b visa by first of week of Mar'16 for 15 months of project work and dependent visa (L2) for me . We may leave to US by first week of Apr'16. One of the employer is filing H1B visa for me and my wife from India.
Now my question is: If our H1B file picks in lottery are we eligible for the H1B stamping in US without returning to India?
