Dear All,
I am working in IT company in India. My employer is ready to apply L1A visa since i have 13+ (7 years in the same company) years of experience. My current designation is Tech Lead. My Indian salary is less than 8Lack per year. I see most of them got the question from VO that What is your US salary and India salary.
So i would like to know, Is my India salary is Low for L1A or Not? because 2 years before one of my friend went for L1A visa (his india salary was below 8L per year) and visa officer asked the India and US salary then rejected his application.
I was in USA for 18 months in L1B visa and my L1B extension got denied. Will it affect if I apply L1A or L1B again?
