I have been asked to relocate to USA on L1-A Blanket as a program manager. I would be working on a non-billable role from my company's office in Boston, ma
My direct and indirect reportee's are working from multiple location in US, UK, APAC and Japan, however none of them work from my office location.
From a senior manager perspective I do hold the correct and authentic position to get the L1-A visa, however is it mandatory to have direct reports in the same location where I am working?
Please let me know if there is any concern / challenge in applying L1A Blanket?
