I have L1b visa validity till 2018, but my petetion getting expired by April, 2016.
I am travelling to USA in Feb 1st week for a 6 month assignment, Can i extend my petetion after going there ? and what are the chances of getting rejected??
I am planning for a vacation to india of 15 days in May 2016. If i got the petetion extension, is there any issue when i am returning from india to USA in May after vacation ??
