Can I apply L2-EAD and L1-Indivudual simultaneously?

Hi,

I am going to US in L2 visa for one month vacation. From there, I am planning to apply for EAD.
At the same time, I am going to start L1-A Indivudual from my company.
Can i do both together? Is there any problem of doing together?

I dont see any issues. The two process should run independently. But as soon as L1A COS is approved you should stop working on EAD and work only with L1A employer from COS effective date.

My Plan is, next month go to US and apply for EAD and return back to India. I will start my L1B process in another few weeks.
I am going to wait till my both L1B and EAD result, after that, i am planning to travel in L1A (If i get) or EAD (If i get). My preference is L1B, if both got approved)
Do you see any issue in this process/plan?

COS = Change Of Status.

I am confused, if you planning to apply L1B or L1A? Also, are you travelling into US on your L2 visa? That is your spouse has L1 visa.

Also is L1B/L1A being planned to be applied as COS?

Hi Raghvi,

Now, I have L2 Visa from my spouse company.
I am travelling to US by Feb 1st week for one month and planning to apply EAD and return back to India.
Also, I am going to start my L1-B (Indivudual) visa from my company, In another few weeks.
I will be waiting to get my EAD and L1-B visa status.
If both got approved, I prefer to travel in L1-B visa.
If EAD only got approved, then, i want to go in L2-EAD.
