Any problem in L1 while H1 refused under 221g

Hi,
My H1 visa is under process (thru some consultant in USA). I got 221g twice in chennai for some docs.

My current company is asking me to apply for L1.

Please let me know general/legal implecations/requirements of it, if any...

I've I-129, 797 and LCA from current H1 petition.

Hi,
Issuance of L1 Visa will depend upon the credibility of your employer, your qualifications/experience and how it suits the role. You might have questions about the H1B refusal, but that should not really hamper issuance of L1 if you can prove your credibility.
