    Bring L2 dependents into US while PA's I129S expired & currently working in US

    I have valid L1B visa & I94 valid but my I129S has expired already and still working in US.

    My spouse & kid are yet to come to US, Will there be a problem at Port of Entry for them as my I129S has expired?

    Please clarify.
