Hi All,
Looking for input about L1 B Clock Reset. I am in 5th Year of my L1 B visa. Out of this, I was out of USA for 2014-2015 whole year (more than 365 days) and entered into USA in 2016 with same L1 B Visa.
Can you please let me know if my L1 B clock is reset as I was out of USA for more than 365 days ?
I entered USA with my same L1 B Visa. Will this matter to get the clock reset?
Any inputs will really help on this.
