I am in US on L1-B VISA, I appeared for VISA interview on March 2013 and so My Visa stamping and I-129S, validity is March 2016 which is 3 years from the date I appeared for VISA Interview.
My I-94 Validity is Dec 2017 which is 3 years from my last port of Entry date.
My queriess are,
1. till which date, I can stay and work legally in USA?
2. Do I need to apply VISA/I-129S extension before March 2016 which is my VISA expiry?
3. What happens if i apply for I-129S extension before my March 2016? (my VISA and I-129S Expiry Date). Does USCIS accept extension application or rejects stating that my I-94 is valid so can not file extension? If they reject application does it means that my I-94 is void?
my company says that I have to apply for I-129s extension. Pls help me to understand the situation.
