Hi All,
My husband was applying for the L1 B visa and me for L2. We had the biometric on 21st Jan and the interview on 22nd Jan 2016. For the interview you need the following documents :
1. I129-S
2. I797
3. DS-160 confimation
4. Passport
For the interview, they need 3 sets in total of the 1st 2 documents i.e. I129-S and I797 (including the original). If you dont have the additional 2 xerox copies, they might get the forms xeroxed inside or they might ask you to go and get the xerox. So it is better to have 3 sets with you to avoid any hassles. For the dependent visa just the DS-160 confirmation was required along with the Passport.
Following questions were asked during the interview:
1. Good morning, how are you ?
2. Which company do you work for ?
3. What does your company do ?
4. Are you going to the to client office or head quarters?
5. Where are you going in the US?
6. As both of us already had B1 and B2, the officer confirmed if we had B1 and B2 visas?
7. What is your specialization?
8. What is your designation?
9. What is your salary going to be in the US?
10. What is your marriage date ?
