Hi,
I currently have a L1A visa expiring in May 2016. My company has applied for my L1A extension in premium.
My question is, in case I do not get a favorable outcome from the extension, what are my options?
1) Can my company apply for GC under EB1C category(multinational manager) and get a favorable outcome in time? Is there a premium processing for I140?
2) I have about 6 months of unused L1A time out of the country, can I reclaim that and extend my stay?
3) In case L1A extension is not favorable, does it impact your GC application?
