Hi All,
My L1B visa is currently being processed by my organisation. I have received the approval and planning to schedule an appointment soon for visa interview.
I have a few questions regarding dependent L2 visa.
1. I am getting married in feb and hence would like to also take my wife along. How long would it take to get L2 processed?
2. My wife has currently quit her job in India. Would this be an advantage or disadvantage if the question is raised in the interview?
3. What is the L2 processing fee currently?
4. Does my employer have to give any approval for processing L2 for my wife? I am planning to take her at my own expense.
5. What other documents are needed?
