Incorrect Client Address in I129 form (L1 Individual)
Hi - My actual client location is California. However, my attorney incorrectly filed my petition with client location as Georgia. Now this incorrect client location of Georgia is on my I129 form and there is no mention of California anywhere. My attorney accepted the mistake but says that this should not cause any problem for Visa stamping and advised to mention work location as California instead of Georgia in my DS160.
Can someone help me confirm if this is the correct way to go forward? Won't the Visa Officer question me as to why my client location on I129 and DS160 are not matching?
