L1B Visa to H1B Visa Processing 2017
Dear Friends,
Am looking answer for the below questions which is really urgent to make decision for my international travel.
1) Am holding L1B (Will expire Aug 2016) and traveled to home country 2 time with in 15 months and again planning to travel between end of February and First week of April 2016, is there any issue when we go for L1 extension?
2) Do I need to stay in US during H1B filing (Apr 1st week)?
3) My dependents are currently outside of US. Do I need to include them in H1B filing ?
4) Is dependent needs to stay in US duing my H1B process?
