This forum was helpful in having an idea what to expect during interview so sharing my exp as well.
Below questions were asked, hardly 2 minutes on window:
1) Which company you are working for?
Ans: X
2) Designation at current company?
Ans :X
3) US salary?
Ans: $***
4) Whats your expected duration of stay?
Ans 3 years
5) what's your specialized skill?
Ans : Just gave name of the tool and it's domain usage
6) Have you developed this tool?
Ans: Yes
7) You will be working at client location?
Ans: Yes
8) Will this be the only client you will be working for?
Ans: Yes
9) Where else this tool have been deployed?
Ans : For internal use.
10) You already have US visa?
Ans: Yes, B1/B2

I was nervous and had asked VO to repeat her question thrice.
Visa approved!!
